Update 12/22/21

I really wanted to help get money to the areas of my home island but felt that if I were to donate to a larger organization that the money I sent may not go to areas in Negros Occidental hard hit by Typhoon Odette, like Kabankalan, Binalbagan, Sipalay, etc. So I put out feelers on my Facebook and my cousin, Manang Katy, told me that she would help me get water to families. She lives in Bacolod which is in the northern part of the island. We decided on an initial run to see how it went.

She sent us photos today of the first run. We were able to get 21 containers out to families in the areas of devastation. Fundraiser page started on PayPal to make for easier transactions via Xoom/PayPal to Manang Katy. Thank you so much for all your help in getting clean water to our people.
